The Effectiveness of Virtual Anger Management Training Using the Cognitive Behavioral Method on Anger Rumination, Mental Health, Work-Family Conflict, and Interpersonal Relationships

Introduction: In recent years, the work environment has gained great importance and been considered as a suitable place for health improvement activities. The provides opportunities facilities to influence people's lives. present research was conducted with aim of effectiveness virtual anger management Cognitive behavioral methodology using cognitive method on rumination, mental health, work-family conflict interpersonal relationships.
 Materials Methods: semi-experimental control groups pre-test-post-test. statistical population included all secondary school female teachers in Isfahan city academic year 2021-2020, 30 were selected by random sampling randomly assigned two experimental (15 people) group people). underwent 60-minute training remained waiting list. Both evaluated pre-test post-test stages Sakhodolsky et al.'s (2001) shortened form SCL-90 inventory, questionnaire (Carlson al., 2000) Interpersonal Relationship Quality Questionnaire (Pierce 1991). order analyze data, methods SPSS version 23 software multivariate covariance single analysis used.
 Results: findings showed that rumination its dimensions, thoughts anger, revenge, memories knowing causes are equal 44.7, 16.9, 23.2 45.5 percent variance, respectively. , is 43.3% 37.2% relationships dimensions have significant effect 65.2% variance (p<0.01).
